THE TGWR ENGINE

The TGWR Engine is a proprietary, serverless content management and intelligence ecosystem. By executing logic entirely at the network edge via Cloudflare Workers, the platform bypasses the vulnerabilities of traditional CMS architectures to prioritize structural security, real-time dynamic rendering, and institutional memory.

1. The Edge-State Stack

The core infrastructure is distributed across specialized Cloudflare services to ensure high-speed global delivery and data integrity:

  • Cloudflare Workers: The central runtime gateway, handling dynamic HTML layout wrapping, custom shortcode parsing, secure routing, cryptographic identity verification, and client-driven broadcast routing.
  • D1 SQL Database: A relational edge database for structured metadata, category taxonomy, operational settings, subscriber state tables, and the Master Connection Matrix.
  • KV (Key-Value) Vault: High-speed edge storage for full article bodies, newsletter dispatches, and the decoupled Permanent Dossier Archive.
  • R2 Storage: An S3-compatible, zero-egress bucket used for visual assets, media headshots, and cache-busted raw audio streams.

2. The Cockpit: Command & Control

The Cockpit is our administrative bridge hosted on a restricted domain, providing direct CRUD control over the site manifest without a traditional backend CMS footprint:

  • Manual Editorial Suite: Features a custom HTML editor with live previews, R2 image attachment, persona selection, and precise deployment scheduling for curated dispatches.
  • Content & Sector Management: Direct control to create, edit, or purge articles, political cartoons, and intelligence briefings with automatic sitemap updates.
  • Radio Control Console: An integrated administrative deck allowing operators to upload audio segments with automatic path-hashing, toggle live broadcast settings, and manage rotation decks.
  • Integrated Design Lab: The ability to modify global CSS, raw HTML layout templates (Index, Post, Archive), and site fragments directly within the database schema.
  • Dispatch Engine: A dedicated newsletter pipeline featuring double opt-in verification, automated template compilation, and rotation-safe batch dispatching.

3. Sentinel Protocol: Automated Intelligence Pipeline

While dispatches are manually curated, the Sentinel Protocol operates as an autonomous multi-stage escalation engine, monitoring Canadian primary sources for institutional anomalies:

Stage 1: Scout (Eve Cross) - Automated OSINT scanning of the Canada Gazette, OIC Database, and PBO reports with divergence filtering.
